How do I refer?
We accept referrals from voluntary sector agencies, housing providers, GP’s, drug and alcohol services, Community Mental Health Teams and Psychiatric Wards.

People can self-refer if they have previously received floating support.

The Accommodation Based Service and Floating Support Service are funded by Supporting People, an organisation within Derbyshire County Council Social Services.
